It’s a very tedious and long winded attempt to conflate a family buying houses and cars and the national debt.

Paul Krugman uses real checkable data.  Russ and Don should try that.  Russ Roberts does not fight in PK’s class either, which is why he rarely responds to him, as in this rare (singular?) example:
